「Room was clean but had a strange smell. Towels were practically see through. Bed was lumpy. Rowdy people above us and no one at desk during the night to take care of the matter. Would not stay there again.」

「Loved the area- so many great shops and restaurants! Very close to the hospital which was the reason we were there - from out of town. The room was setup very well and had everything we needed and a lot of space. Will definitely stay here again!」

「We booked a 2 queen bed and paid for it online. We paid that morning. We arrived from Florida at around 12 am (midnight). When we arrived to our room, there was only one bed in there. We were tired and asked for a discount or for them to extend our stay. They refused. And they also didn’t have other rooms available. The staff took about 10 minutes to come to the front, like she was doing something in the back. Expedia called the front desk and COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. Staff was respectful...

「I liked the property and the layout of the room. The big issue for me is the lack of ice. There is one small counter mounted ice maker for the entire hotel. We arrived late on a Saturday on a hot day and wanted some ice for a drink and there was none. The checkout process also seemed a bit slow. You had to review hotel rules on paper and sign off. I don't think I will stay there again.」

「I can not say enough about how helpful the staff was at our arrival. We had been traveling all day and there was a misunderstanding regarding which room I had reserved. The gentleman at the desk was a great help and did everything to help get us settled in for the night. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and settled in!」
