「Most of the staff was extremely helpful, except for one who was short」

「The elevator was very old. When I arrived first floor, the door did not open immediately, and I waited for at least 30 seconds. They said it's normal, but I don't think so.」

「Clean, big bedrooms. Great location , beautiful surroundings. The vending machines were out if water everywhere, the pool could use some TLC! Overall great experience, would recommend it! Maya at the check-in counter was great and helpful. Raul and Sebastian at the bar were great!」

「The staff was helpful, my room was clean, bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. I appreciate that the mattress was encased. Proximity to Ruby Tuesday's is a plus. It's not the most luxurious place. For the price, the airport shuttle, it is exactly what I needed. I will stay there again when in Atlanta. 」
