Check in was super slow. At least 15 minutes, or more. There was a long line. I will give the front desk clerk this - he was cool under pressure. Some other customer started screaming & carrying on, and the front desk clerk kept a cool and level head, the whole time. Give that man a raise (I checked in around 6pm-6:30pm Sunday August 3rd).
The elevator inspection card reads, "Next service date, 9/1/25". GOOD. GET BOTH OF THOSE ELEVATORS SERVICED SOON. EACH TIME THE ELEVATOR STOPPED AT A FLOOR, THE CABLE THAT HELD IT BOUNCED. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT STOPPED AT THE 1ST FLOOR. BUT ALL FLOORS WERE BAD. BOTH ELEVATORS HAD THIS DANGEROUS ISSUE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOT GET THIS FIXED EARLIER THAN SEPTEMBER 1ST. THAT WAS SO DANGEROUS.
The bathroom had no ventilation. No fan to suck out the humid air from my shower. Had to open the bathroom door frequently. I'd hate to think if I dropped a bad #2 and the air just went NOWHERE, except to flow into the rest of the room. Terrible. Get that fixed. Get a proper bathroom ventilation system for the bathroom. Room #532.
The shower head could have had more pressure.
Staff overall, front desk, were friendly. The above-mentioned 6pm man, the 12 midnight man, and the morning woman. All 3 were excellent.
