「Clean room and friendly staff」

「I needed a place to lay my head. Mainstream inn was clean and comfortable. As a solo female, I felt safe there. I’m not one to need very many amenities. I typically don’t go to the breakfasts. There is none here, so it’s not a big deal for me. If you’re looking for fancy amenities, move on. 」

「Very clean and nice room. Bathroom was nice and well stocked. Has Dove products for use. Nice comfy king size bed. Dark out curtains that actually do their job. My only complaint is the pillows could be a little firmer. Also my number one complaint was one of the janitors was mopping the entrance when we arrived. We carefully walked around but a crowd of people walked in behind us, which caused him to drop the mop and exclaim “G-d dammit” and walk away. Not cool at all. 」

「The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,...
