「They had no housekeeping service for four days Room and floor not clean, mopped it myself with a towel.」

「Very clean and very much worth the price we paid」

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「This property is in terrible condition and should be removed immediately from Bonvoy reservation program.」

「Very nice, clean room」

「Facility and stairs are very dirty and stinks. Room need improvement.」

「The property I would say looks rundown the elevators don’t work and I was on the third floor, so I had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage I had to swap rooms a couple of times due to different issues ,smelling like smoke ,TV not working , no phone etc. last but not least a worker tried to come in my room at 9 AM thank God I had the top lock latch in the door double locked because he would’ve seen me naked. I was terrified!」

「the service of front desk is very bad. bad attitude. room was ok.」

「Can’t say enough! I thought I had already done a review. But I highly recommend staying here!」

「Have been to Columbus several times. This was our best hotel experience by far. We will be back!」

「Military friendly!! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made traveling with young kids a blessing. The property was well kept and clean, and the breakfast was good. The hotel could use some TLC; the AC was pretty loud and there was some basic maintenance that needed done. Otherwise, it was a great hotel, I’d definitely stay here again.」

「If you have to stay in the area this is probably the best hotel option. The area near the base has been rode hard and put up wet, this hotel is newer so take advantage of. The rest of the options in the area are on the rough side.」
