「An older motel. Half of the rooms are up a flight of stairs. No porters. Basic, nicely painted, looks rejuvenated room. Enough parking. In room temperature control.」

「First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. We love staying at B&Bs when on vacation and this was as good as it gets. The variety at breakfast was excellent and...

「It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out.」

「I cannot say enough about Pheonix and her staff!!!! EVERYONE, was absolutely amazing, so accomodating and helpful. We were there for my son's turning green ceremony at Ft Benning. 「We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.」

「We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles....

「The hotel was beautifully kept in the period it was built while converting to its current use. The property was very clean and maintained and the staff were very engaging and friendly. The breakfast was good as well. My only grip and this could be personal but the mattress was very soft and a little uncomfortable.... I hate to even write the last part because everything else was so good.」
