「The room was clean and comfortable.」

「Desk clerk was very friendly and easy to talk with. She checked in with me on 2nd day of stay to make sure everything was okay and also asked if I needed anything, and if I did just ask.」

「I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.」

「The room was great. Loved the walk in shower. The breakfast was small but good with yogurt and berries and chocolate granola. The Keurig type coffee selection was superb. Only downside was there are no restaurants in the area. You do have to drive to the nearest town for dinner about 20 minutes.」

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「The room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Any metal fixture in the room was rusted over and the furniture was broken or falling apart. The toilet was not scrubbed and I found trash in the bed underneath the pillow. I was transferred to the second room with similar issues and chose to leave the premise rather than stay. Reviews were inaccurate and this neighborhood in Columbus is not a safe area to stay.」

「This property is a hidden gem. The outer appearance is appealing which leads you to the well-maintained inside. There was plenty of room for our guests and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. 」
