「Room was decent. Had to obtain additional towels and washcloth. Close to restaurants. Fortunately a restaurant was close by and open on Sunday for breakfast. 」

「First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. 「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「It’s one of the hotels you walk in and know it was really nice at some point. But the rooms have not been up kept, seating and bedding was dirty and I could tell they had not had a deep cleaning in a while. Breakfast was cheapest you could lay out and didn’t even have coffee creamers or teas out.」

「The room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Any metal fixture in the room was rusted over and the furniture was broken or falling apart. The toilet was not scrubbed and I found trash in the bed underneath the pillow. I was transferred to the second room with similar issues and chose to leave the premise rather than stay. Reviews were inaccurate and this neighborhood in Columbus is not a safe area to stay.」
