「I booked this hotel for my granddaughter and her family. I booked it because it said it had a kitchen and it didn't. It didn’t even have a coffee pot. Said it had a pool and it did but wasn’t open. That was not advertised on site. It says it had a grill on site but it doesn’t. The washer and dryer didn’t not work. The staff was rude and lazy. I will never stay there again and will never recommend anyone else stay there either. Worst experience ever. Wish I could get my money back.」

「Breakfast ends pretty early. The room was dated and worn with some broken items. Wasn’t as clean as we’d prefer. The bed was terrible.」

「Hotel staff was very friendly and chek in was seamless. Interior of hotel needs some updating. The hallways and rooms are very musty and “wet” feeling. Areas of carpeting need replacement. The stairwell had an unpleasant order.」

「I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.」

「We’ve stated in this hotel for three years in a row. We loved it, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and it has indoor pool. Also we love the continental breakfast. The only negative is that you have to pay $12 for parking」

「The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm.」

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「This place was good for the price. However, there was some stains on the bed and stains on one of the blankets. Good thing we had two beds, so we just slept on one of the beds with the cleaner blanket.」
