「Was conveniently located and quiet. Towels and shampoo were good. Check-in was very polite. 3 of 4 ice machines were out of order. Bed was uncomfortable. Texted me asking if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. I asked if they maybe had a memory foam topper. No answer. Then they sent me another text asking if there was anything they could do to improve my stay. I repeated my request. No answer. The breakfast area floor was very sticky. The whole time...

「The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.」

「Water cold , door damaged」

「Well, the reviews were horrible, but I think that’s because there’s two hotels in one building there’s the mainstay suites and there’s the Sleep in hotel, which is probably the hotel that had the terrible reviews. However, the main stay suites they’re like have the mini kitchen in the refrigerator or microwave things like that. The floor was sticky. The shower was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was just stopped up. There were stains on the quilt, but they did replace it upon our request and...

「Friendly staff」

「Excellent location on Broadway for easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, Springer Opera House and RiverCenter. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting your child at CSU and they are staying in the area, or if you are just wanting to visit all there is to do in Columbus!」

「Ppl nocking in my door asking for a phone and bothering ur late night」

「The Bed sucked Lumpy」

「The front desk staff was very helpful when I could not find the hotel because Google Maps was leading me to the wrong location. She was also very helpful with getting us checked in. The only complaint I have was about an hour after we checked in one of the janitorial staff came beating on our door & was very pushy saying she needed to look around in our room for some misplaced keys. I asked if she could wait a few minutes (mainly because I wasn't too sure about it) because my son was taking a...

「Nice」

「Staff was helpful. Not listed in the room descriptions are the fact that you cannot have any visitors to your room. It has not been updated in at least 10 years. Breakfast was poor. Dried white bread, plastic wrapped cinnamon rolls, cereal and white milk. It is a bare minimum motel. Pool had been destroyed years ago and fence left bent and overgrown grass. $88 for one night- rip off.」

「I was extremely disappointed that choice hotels would allow one of their properties to be as dilapidated as this hotel was. The staff was outstanding and helpful, and I felt so bad for them. The carpets were black. The water was very unpredictable. While taking a shower, the water would go from scolding hot to freezing cold. They were dirty lamps and the other lamps that were attached to the walls were hanging off of hanging off the walls, all outdoor pool furniture furniture was cracked in...

「Do not stay here. Bugs and trash in the rooms.」

「Beautiful hotel and view!」
