Staff were moody. They also had an indoor pool which looked great but we couldn't use it because it was seasonal??? Who has an indoor pool which can't be used all year? We purposely book hotels that have indoor pools. Won't be back.

It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, ...
