「Breakfast was fine. Room didn’t feel & look as clean as would’ve liked. Not enough towels, no stopper for tub, water temperature was like one temp. Toilet didn’t flush every time.」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! 「The lobby was clean. My room had an odor and dust was on the coffee maker and the ice bucket lid. Under the sink in the bathroom is very dusty. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Very discolored and nasty looking. Carpet needs shampoo.」

The room was very clean and a/c nice and cold during our stay. This was the second time staying at the property and I would definitely stay again!」
