「Excellent service and professional 」

「Property was as advertised except I didn't realize that all entrances to the rooms was outside and there was not an elevator. As a senior, I then requested a first floor room as it would not be possible for me to carry my luggage to the 2nd floor. The front desk person, Kathy, was very kind and accommodating. After I was settled in my room Kathy called me to see if I was happy with the room and if needed anything. Great service!!!」

「A basic and clean enough stay. Toilet in the unit barely flushed. No elevator available to second floor to carry luggage upstairs. 」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」

「The staff in the restaurant seemed young and inexperienced. While my waiter was good I could hear yelling and conversation from the kitchen. For such a formal setting, it was inappropriate and intrusive.」

「This property made for an excellent stay! From the moment we walked after a long day at the ball parks, we were greeted first, not by a team member but the pleasant smell of a clean aroma that wafted through the automatic doors. The staff was equally welcoming and the rooms were very clean. In the morning, the lady that was facilitating the breakfast was very kind and greeted all guests, ensuring that everyone had what ever they needed. This is definitely worth the stay if you are in the area. 」
