「This seems to be a relatively new property. I liked the minimalistic mind set. The rooms are clean and designed to cleaned easily as well. Front staff was polite on check in and check out. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, muffins, etc. The place was quiet, reasonably priced, close to Walmart. 」

「still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! 「From the outside, it looks like an old motor lodge, but it's a great place to stay. First, the hotel took all my calls. Never hard to get through. Second, they let me come early so I could drop my dog in the room so I could sightsee. Third, very safe location. Rural. not much around it. Room was clean and very nice. TV had a bit of a sound problem, but for the money it's great and rate a lot better than the hotels in Americus, which were more central to where I needed to visit.」

「I really enjoyed the stay there I really wanted to stay longer. But that staff member or owner was very rude. I booked another night and when me and my kids came in we noticed there were no towels and wash rags. My daughter came from work and wanted to shower he refused to give us towels and rags. 「The host was so sweet and attentive, while still respecting our personal space. Breakfast was so delicious and felt like home! So glad to have stayed here with my 13 year old to see a horse competition in Perry Fairgrounds. We felt very safe! 」
