"I PRE PAID FOR 2 ROOMS FOR 1 NIGHT AND DUE TO CHEMICAL FIRE ON INTERSTATE I 65 WE COULD NOT MAKE OUR CHECK-IN UNTIL 0130. THE OTHER ROOM WAS NEVER USED BECAUSE OUR OTHER TRAVELER DID NOT GET TO LAGRANGE UNTIL 10 AM (AFTER SCHEDULED CHECK OUT) IS IT POSSABLE TO GET CREDIT FOR THE ROOM WE COULD NOT USE?"

"When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was leftover food in the drawers, beer still in the refrigerator, and old fries on the floor. Additionally, one of the beds appeared to have been used and was not fully made."

"Clean comfortable. Only a few issues , remote in room didn’t work and ice machine on second floor didn’t work. Overall a good stay and good experience."
