「This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here as we have an annual club function every year. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The ice machine was out of order which was inconvenient since I drink ice water all day. 「This hotel has a nice pool, a great outdoor patio with a fireplace, and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I also very much appreciated the complementary breakfast. Thank you for a great place to stay!」

「First Impression when parking and walking into the entrance, I noticed many of the shades down and appeared to be broken. The shade in our room was also broken and could not be opened. I reserved on Expedia, I didn't realize or check that I was getting a handicap accessible room. 「Okay for one night. If you have trouble sleeping with noise, you might want to try the other hotel in town. Trucks on the highway sounded like they were going through the parking lot. 」

「Though Watertown is smaller than Madison or Milwaukee, Heritage Inn still manages to be close enough to the Main Street for street noise to permeate the room. The bathroom is older but clean and effective. I picked it for its proximity to the other towns and this worked great for that. 」
