"We just returned from a 5 night stay. I have to say that this was such a pleasant surprise! We loved this resort and had a great time as a family.
We have 2 boys, 16 and 11. My 16 year old was “bored” for the first couple of days, until he started joining activities. He ended up having the best time and meeting people. The entertainment team is top notch! Very inviting and there is always something going on. Starfire, the kids entertainment leader, was incredible! My son adored her and was very sad he didn’t get a picture with her.
The service was another high point. Whether it was pool side, or restaurants or even the buffet, we never went without. Mikaela and Rose at the kids pool were on top of it! Made sure our glasses were never empty. 🙂
The beach was so gorgeous as well! I will warn you, our view was not great, but we didn’t mind in the slightest. We aren’t in our room much and only sit there before dinner and have a drink or two.
Only negatives: 1) The beds are very very tiny though! My husband and I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch, as it was a true queen. 2) two days the kids pool was closed due to someone poo-ing in the pool. It would be nice to not have it closed for the whole day when that happens, as the other pool kids are allowed in is very tiny!"
