「It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. 」

「The hotel was beautiful and a pleasant surprise. The decor was modern, the rooms were spacious and bed was extremely comfortable, I got a great nights sleep. Staff was friendly and the providing of breakfast was a plus. Plenty options for food as well, as there are restaurants in the hotel as well as walking distance. Rooftop pool and bar are an added bonus; they had great views. 」

「This place is fantastic! To start it’s just simply beautiful, the details are fantastic. Everything is brand new and beautifully clean and organized. The landscape is lovely. The pool in the back is glorious and the staff are fantastic. Awesome location too! Highly recommend!」

「Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean. The staff was so nice! The amenities were amazing! We did have a small issue getting towels for pool but a staff member was very helpful with that. We were very close to everything, maybe 8 minutes from the beach. We rode scooters from the hotel to get there. The shuttle was very helpful as well and helped us save money. I would definitely recommend but please be aware of the $30 a day fee.」

「This place was everything we needed before an early flight. Wish we could have stayed more nights. Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Beach is a block away and it’s beautiful, not too crowded, and has great swimming in the afternoon. Close to Calle Loíza, great restaurants and 10 min drive to airport. Mile from Condado. Room was small but clean and had all the amenities you’d want. 」

「Very cool place, industrial minimalist design. Extremely friendly staff, welcoming. Great location in Santùrce. Couple blocks to a prefect beach. Only way I'd enjoy it more is if smoking were allowed on the beautiful upstairs deck. Nobody seemed to go up there, but we had to stand on the street corner to smoke. No big deal and the place is awesome」

「Hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were stranded in San Juan for several days due to weather conditions caused our flight to be canceled. While we were here we interacted several times with staff and they were always pleasant and kept asking if we needed anything. Not too often you run into this. I highly recommend the Hyatt House to anybody wondering if they should stay here. 」

「Es un lugar muy agradable. Tiene todo lo necesario para tu comodidad. La lavanderia esta pequeña pero muy funcional, con maquina para comprar jabon y cambiar monedas. Wifi, y utensilios de cocina. El unico problema que tuvimos es que no tiene suficiente estacionamiento. Los espacios de estacionamiento no estan designados a cada huesped y tuvimos que estacionar sobre la calle lo cual sentimos un poco inseguro pero nada pasó. Definitivamente volveriamos a este lugar. Muy centrico y muy tranquilo,...
