"Our stay started out horribly. We did not have the room I had paid for, for the first 2 days. We actually had to repack and move 2 different times. After finally getting into our beautiful Garden room, thing were wonderful. If at all possible, with the exception of the Steak House,don't eat the food. It must come out of one central kitchen and arrives practically dehydrated and very salty. We finally either went into Old San Juan or ordered Door Dash. The pools are 3 and 4 ft. deep and we only used then one time BUT the beach ah, the beach, was wonderful!! The lounger and umbrellas were free, something we never had on our Florida stays. All of the staff we encountered were very hospital and helpful (with the exception of the person who would not listen to me on our original sign in day). We went to this hotel because we don't have passports and Florida had outlived it's pull. We'd definitely return!"

"Bathroom was not great condition. Breakfast should be included. Casino is poorly run, people claiming they had money on the machines and supposedly walking away and claiming they left money on them. Management needs make this look into, travelers can feel more protected from outsiders. I will never want to make reservations here due to not feeling safe."

"Beautiful views and a good location! The staff was very friendly and every person we interacted with was great! The restaurant was delicious!! Snorkeling and restaurants walking distance. We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud when trying to shove closed. Also there is not a hot tub which was disappointing. But I should have read about the property better. Overall with the staff, location and on site dining I would recommend. Just pick your room carefully or switch if they are not full."

"The hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It is very close to the beach. The staff was amazing"

"Housekeeping does not come unless you specifically ask them to at the front desk, mildew smell in the rooms, sand on the beds and couch when we checked in, mold on the fridge and trash cans. They also try to charge you extra $75 for early check in even if the room is "ready". Overall it is a decent place near the water if you are not planning to be in your room a lot while on your trip."
