"Didn’t get in the pool or Jacuzzi. The front desk workers were very helpful. If you arrive early before your check in time don’t expect to get a room until original time. You can drop your luggage at the hotel and go to the beach or whatever until your room is ready. They do have lounge chairs, umbrellas at the beach. The beds were hard and our bathroom smelled like sewerage. Not sure what it was or what was happening. Did see some workers doing something but whatever it was it didn’t fix the smell that was coming out the shower. The facility was overall clean and the breakfast was good. "

"The ocean was not visible from our room. We looked out on the back of an old, closed church. That said, the location was excellent, close to shops and wonderful restaurants, a short walk to the lagoon and a slightly greater walk to the ocean. The staff were terrific, knowledgeable and very helpful."

"Excellent location, pool area could use some sprucing up and cleaning. Check in staff were extremely nice but def need more help. Only 1 person(per shift) for check in/out, towel service, questions etc... it was a very long wait for the simplest of things...the staff did the best they could with such a busy weekend but maybe another person would be helpful. Our room had a leak from the shower above us, luckily it was in the bathroom so we placed towels on the ground. The room was very spacious, loved the mini kitchen in our 1bedroom suite, made breakfast with a kid very easy. Overall an OK stay. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores made this stay decent. "

"I did enjoy daily yoga at the beach with Sulma, she is very professinal and knowledgeable. I wish there's more activities like dancing class, games, social..etc "
