No hot water for a shower and soft "soggy" mattress which results in morning back pain , other then that , they're ok , affordable , main feature !

Expedia should not list this property. I came late last night and tired after a 15 hour trip, otherwise I would have gone out looking for a decent hotel. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

THIS IS NOT A REAL PLACE IDE RECOMMEND and they will not refund you when I arrived I looked at the whole room under the bed behind even the sheets everything was dirty the floors never been swept or mopped the controller had brown stuff on it the bed had crumbs and hair as if someone stayed and they just remade the bed I asked for another room that room was slightly better but the phone was DISGUSTING like someone threw mud on it I also let staff know it wasn’t clean the bed had some type of red stain on the bottom sheet the toilet was nasty not cleaned I took pics when I got in and there was a Lego and crumbs under the bed the staff said she sent a maid to clean up while I was out and I kid you not it was the same thing up till I left I keep taking pictures of the same Lego as proof they never touch the room Bedsheets are old and ripping showers are nasty and have gunk on the showerhead. I recommend bringing your own disinfecting and cleaning stuff. Sadly if this is an emergency stay situation I did look at the reviews before coming and thought it would be Ok enough for 2 night I was wrong also good luck with getting staff to open the door I was stuck outside for 30 min banging and ringing the doorbell I was screaming for someone to open the door on my last day. I had to scream up the balcony asking if a guest was up to come and open the door thankfully, a guest was on the balcony and opened for me It was weird because I let staff know that same day I’m checking out early.
