This location was great - under $10 uber to Condado Beach. Clean, staff was very nice. Area outside was a little dirty but that’s not their fault. Only concern was shower water was lukewarm. Will stay again for the price if I need to.

Beautiful place, The building has a special touch of the rustic and spanish colonial times. The simplicity of the room was enhanced by its cleaness. Great service for its price.

Room was small, but ok for the price. Hot water was not hot, area was a bit noisy at night, but maybe it was because it was the night before a holiday. A few food options nearby. A short walk to get the bus. Staff was competent and attentive. Coffee in the morning was ok too, but no breakfast, that's ok it's a budget hotel.

I often stay here when I visit but I was a little surprised by their new security and room entry policy. As usual, I have very few complaints but I do miss the body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste they used to provide. I don't think I stayed there long enough this time around to really give a solid review.
