"Amazing resort for our family vacation (2 adults, 2 children aged 4 and 11). Beautiful property with lots of wildlife; every square inch of it boasted life and amenities. Massive resort but continuous shuttle service made navigation easy. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"This resort was great! At check in, the front desk lady offered my sister and I a free swim up pool upgraded room. The staff were so so friendly, the food was great, and we had a blast!!"

"The outside looks good but lots of stuff broken and stained in rooms. Slow draining sinks, showers, etc. Hotel probably used to be very nice, but they havent invested the money to keep it up and fix/update things. Its very calm though so nice place to relax. You just have to overlook things."

"The FC junior swim up suite was nice, our concierge Tiara provided lots of nice little surprises for the kids and was great helping us with dinner, spa, and cenote reservations. The kids club was also great and had lots of activities throughout the day. The food was ok and the drinks were also just ok, mostly sugary mixer. Staff were friendly but it was very crowded so sometimes it felt like there werent enough staff to guests during meal times. Our room was very clean and the turn down service was great. The ac leaked on the floor the first night we got there. Maintenance came almost immediately after we notified them and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience and the kids had a blast. Very family friendly."

"We visited RH over March Break as a family of four. Kids aged 8 and 11. The staff, grounds and rooms were lovely. The food was fantastic and there was lots to do. There was some sargassum at the beach so we just enjoyed the pools. They were really trying to keep the beach clean as best they could. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort."

"Fabulous resort - all of it!! The architecture and layout of it is great. There is nothing cheap looking or feeling about it. We stayed in building 3 on the 7th floor overlooking the whole property. Great room and view! It was a preferred suit with an ocean view. All the staff there were so helpful and polite, our room was always very clean, the whole resort was spotless, the food and drinks were great, and the pools were excellent! We went to various nightly events around the property and they were so worth it . Obviously the management of this resort knows what they are doing. The beach was also nice with plenty of loungers etc but the water had sargassum in it while we were there, which was disappointing …but the large pool made me feel like I was in the water at the beach - which made up for it."
