「When I was checking in, the Internet was completely out, which made the hotel have to work in a manual state. I feel like they handled the situation very professionally, into the best of their ability. We’re so dependent on the Internet, that it can be really challenging when it is unavailable during such a crucial time as heavy check-in. 「This property is older but pretty well maintained. The elevator needs updating, breakfast was just ok. Pool was out of service and we were never notified until we got there. We were fine with it because we had so much to do that we werent planning on using it. But if we had planned on using it, i wouldnt have been happy nit knowing. 」
