"The manager Bill was excellent- very on top of things! We were impressed with access to beach and that chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels were all included. The place could have been a little cleaner but nothing that we couldn’t fix by washing a few things. Would stay here again!"

"If there were an option to give less than 1 star, I would. On our first night, the comforter in our room was visibly dirty, with makeup stains and looked like it hadn’t been washed at all (see photos). We reported it to management and were moved to another room, which we appreciated—but the issues didn’t stop there. In the new room, there was ongoing maintenance right next door. The noise was unbearable, especially early in the morning. We even had to call the front desk to ask them to have the workers be mindful of guests trying to sleep. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the next day with no consideration for how early it was. To make matters worse, we requested service through the in-room system for fresh towels and bathroom cleaning, and no one ever showed up—not once during our entire 4-day stay. This experience made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend staying here."

"Pros are proximity to the beach and a gas grill available. Many cons… The room was not in great shape. The flooring planks were coming apart in multiple areas. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. Opened the window in the kitchen and there were several mattresses and lamps pilled up along the fence. The pool was cloudy and needed cleaned. I booked it because of positive reviews and the price but I would not return. Great place if you and your frat buddies want a place to crash. "

"Whenever I go to Pompano, I stay at this hotel, and I will continue to recommend it always. Excellent location—quite clean and cozy. I recommend it 100%."

"Very nice place very clean. Wasn’t crazy about having to use the key to get through 2 doors to get to our room, made me feel a little claustrophobic. A little pricey but nice. Coffee makers in the rooms is not good and had to go to the lobby to get a good cup of coffee."

"Beautiful grounds and suite.Staff wonderful,Danni and the yard worker and the lady from Jamaica were wonderful.Danni runs a wonderful resort so clean,pool area perfect.I would recommend more lounge chair with the wonderful cushions that r there ,we had no problem but during busy season it may need more lounge chairs.So convenient to beach and right next to the circle with all the restaurants. Resort is so quiet even being right next to the action.Parking great for rental car.Large refrigerator for our Public shopping.Love this place!They provide towels for pool and beach chairs for beach which is great!Thanks so much for a lovely stay!"

"Room and bathroom were clean. Air conditioning worked good. Microwave unable to set time or time cook key pad did not work. Road noise was loud but we relize it's not the motels fauld."
