Our room was beautiful and very up-to-date, with plenty of connections for all technology. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and had a beautiful, large shower. All the common areas in the hotel are absolutely beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is served in a gorgeous dining room, and the spread is really everything you could ask for and more. 「A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? 」

「離車站走路約8-10分鐘，路程需上下橋，不建議拖大行李箱。櫃檯員工親切，check in完有專人幫提行李並帶領到房間。有送一人一杯飲料bar的飲品。房間大小還行，整體整齊乾淨，但剛入房時有一股蠻重的消毒水味道。」
