Excelente ubicación del alojamiento, cerca de una estación del vaporetto y de un restaurante donde se come delicioso. Está alejado del bullicio de L centro de Venecia lo que lo hace ideal para descansar.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of four! The apartment was super cute, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It stayed nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after long days exploring Venice, and the beds were very comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful and made our mornings and evenings even more special. The staff was incredibly friendly, communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

We were truly pleased with the apartment, the amenities, and the staff. They contacted me by email to provide additional information before our stay and were always available to assist with all my questions. They were especially amazing in helping us arrange the taxi boat booking on our last day! I would definitely recommend this place and would happily return.

Very nice, clean spacious modern apartment with kitchen. Great space for families traveling together. Great location convenient to restaurants, sights, shopping. Easy and quick to hop on water taxi/shuttles to cross water to other islands. I only gave 3 stars for staff bc you don’t really see anyone, it’s all self service. But the day we arrived, our guide talked to a woman who worked there who did help us with some questions. Also key is electronic on an app on your phone so you need to keep your phone charged or you are out of luck!

We are truly grateful for your kindness and support throughout our stay. You went above and beyond to help us, and your friendly, caring nature made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely thoughtful and attentive. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and memorable — we couldn’t have asked for a better host!

The apartment was lovely for our family to stay in Venice with enough space to spread out a bit and even allow my husband to work when needed. Would highly recommend for families and groups! I will say that the beds could be more comfortable! Other than that it was a great stay and fun to be off the main island and get to take boats back and forth! Laundry was very helpful since we have been away from home for 3 weeks! But it would have been awesome to have a dryer as well! But hanging the clothes worked out ok!
