I am writing this because I have tried to call you several times and I have written to you through Expedia and email and you have not answered me. I had a reservation that I could not enjoy due to the closure of the Italian borders. Since my annual planning is already closed, it is not possible to postpone the trip and I request a refund of the reservation and you never answer me.

Great location

Nice hotel. Breakfast was a little lacking but we slept through it mostly after going the first day. Great walking distance to St. Mark’s Square and water taxi. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and cute

I really enjoyed the location and the great shops around it. It was a little hard to find even with mapquest but it was also raining so it got a little frustrating to find the hotel. But the room was nice and cozy.

Loved it!

The breakfast was very good here, very worth it! Location was amazing, we were so close to St Marks Square and not too far from the water taxi. There is main gondola entrance near the hotel so it was always busy by the front hotel. But this hotel faces a quiet square. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. I will be staying here when I go to Venice next time!

We were on the 4th floor with access to a lovely balcony. The downside was the elevator only went to the 3rd floor. That would not have been an issue if we didn’t have 4 pieces of heavy luggage and 2 backpacks to drag up the last flight of stairs. Loved the location close to St. Marks Square. Great breakfast in adjacent hotel.

Excelente localização em Veneza

Excelente hospitalidade, atendimento, limpeza e conforto. Café da manhã muito bom, é servido em outro hotel, mas muito próximo. O destaque fica para a localização! Perto da praça San Marco e de uma estação de vaporetto.

Oldie but goodie!!

Older hotel but very clean. It was a little hard to find. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast was included at the sister hotel around the corner. Convenient to everything. Took a private water taxi to airport from canal right outside the door.

ホテルの人の対応がとても親切だった。到着数日前にメールがきて、何時頃に着くか予定を尋ねてくれたり、 ヴァポレットからの道順をメールで知らせてくれたので、迷うことなくホテルに着けた。ホテル周辺のおすすめのお店を紹介してもらったが、とても居心地のいいおいしいレストランだった。
