It’s not a hotel ! It’s one flat in a building that they converted to 4 suites. No lobby, you have to contact them to come open the door and give you instructions on how to access. Well decorated suites, but no privacy at all, basically, you are sharing one room in a house with 3 other rooms. One person’s review saying the breakfast in the room was great??? No room service, no breakfast , no person to serve you anything. Room only to sleep and take shower and go.

More an Airbnb than a traditional hotel (4 separate suites, we never saw another guest and the staff comes from off site) but very clean and nice, exactly like the photos. Very conveniently located in San Marco and walking distance to everything. The water taxi dropped us off and picked us up at Calle Dose, literally a 2 min walk to the front door. Beautiful bathroom, spacious room, big TV and very cool air. We had a few minor issues but the staff came and fixed immediately. They also offered recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Very friendly and kind. If you don’t mind a quiet place without a lot of people hustling around, this is the place for you. Quiet and close to everything. Right across the canal from the Peggy Guggenheim collection.

The manager of the property was great and very friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and always left in a neat condition. We felt very safe when staying at the property. It was like a 5* place with impeccable interiors. Was initially weary when we saw some of the reviews but it was well beyond our expectations and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here!
