「Good central location, very friendly staff, good size rooms, lots of snacks and drinks included, kitchen and laundry facilities is a big plus」

「Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. When we called down about the hot water/air-conditioning problem the man at reception didn’t really seem to care,...

「The staff was very helpful, and was able to arrange transportation to the airport in the very early morning. They offered a box breakfast, as we would not be able to partake in their excellent breakfast. The room was small but well done and totally functional. We also appreciated how close they are to the main train station (VSL) - just a few blocks.」

「The hotel’s location is excellent. Breakfast was a real highlight — it changes a little each day so you get a slightly different meal every morning, and it is delicious. The coffee is excellent and the barista is very good. The property is very clean and new, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Even though the hotel sits on the main street, the room stayed quiet. Highly recommended.」

「Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.」

「Nice location. Good restaurants 」

「Nice location, about a 10 min walk to Piazzale Roma where you can catch a bus to VCE airport. Rooms slightly dated but clean, housekeeping provided daily.」

「A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see...
