「This place is very clean and modern and spacious which isn’t common in Venice. It was nice having a canal view from the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom was huge. The staff were very nice and they give you cookies as a welcome gift. The only con was the main lamp was broken and they couldn’t fix it while we were there so it was a bit dark in that area. 「Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car?
