We booked a balcony room and oh man, what a treat. Great view of Venice from the terrace and the bed was supremely comfortable. It was a perfect finale to our week long Italy trip. Staff is great, the location of the hotel is super close to the train station and bus stand. Also the restaurants nearby are great for wine and dinner.

Great property, very conveniently located to the Venice train station and great food options around it. The rooms had everything one would need and decent size and what a view of the canal. The mattress was comfy, loved the heated towel rack. I liked how both the rooms had full size mirrors. The breakfast was very high quality and delicious my kids loved it. Will definitely stay here if I ever travel back to Venice.

We had just checked in when my husband had a nosebleed which went on to complications that led to an emergency hospital admission. The staff had my back all the time, constantly reassuring me and helping with every little detail. They take care of every guest as if they were family. The rooms are very elegant, cozy and comfortable with old world charm but modern conveniences. Breakfast is substantial and fresh. The location can't be beat with bus and train just around the corner, restaurants nearby. If you want an Italian/Venetian family, stay at Arlecchino.

We had a great stay. 6 of us met up in Venice for a day before traveling to cortina for the Olympics. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and patient. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I picked this hotel because of the convenient location next to the bus station. It made an early exit from town super easy.
