「Spacious room, nice breakfast, friendly staff」

「Quarto amplo, com vista para o canal e uma localização muito tranquila e silenciosa! Com a orientação recebida na confirmação da reserva sobre o local do check in, foi super fácil de localizar, e o hotel fica muito perto da praça pra quem chega de ônibus, e tbm é fácil acesso para a estação de trem. Um pouco desgastante em relação as malas por causa dos degraus, tando no deslocamento como dentro do próprio hotel mas isso é típico de Veneza. 」

「All staff are welcoming and with lots of hospitality. The decoration of room was so Venise style and equipped with everthing you need. The location is great which is near by water bus stop. You can enjoy the canal view in your room. I really appreciate this experience.」

「New hotel, but a little bit far from train station. Staff who keen on asking guest to close the door with not-so-friendly attitude. 」

「We are really appreciated the sweet " gift" from the hotel management. The champine and strawberries made our day. The hotel is allegant with floral smell all around the corner. We can tell it is a high class hotel with the worth money sending. Room is clean and tidy. A Special thanks to the housekeeping.」

「Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. 」

「Very nice, clean, and well appointed apartment in Central Venice. Lots of space with kitchen, sitting area, and separate bedroom. Would highly recommend. You’ll meet someone on the day you arrive to receive a physical key at check-in. This is the only part of the process that was not completely clear, but the property managers were great and very nice when talking to us upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay!」

「This spot is 10 min walk from parking/train station, and easy to walk to busier areas. It’s away from all the large crowds of San Marco, a more calmer, locals vibe instead but still active. Super clean, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast!」
