「From the moment we arrived we felt like treasured guests. Though our needs were not particularly great, we felt they would have moved heaven and earth for us. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the shower terrific. The breakfast was perfect. It was like Joseph II telling Mozart there were too many notes. The hotel was in a quiet area, yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. Special kudos to Martina, Marta, and Andrea. Your kindness and service were extraordinary. 」

「Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. 「All staff are welcoming and with lots of hospitality. The decoration of room was so Venise style and equipped with everthing you need. The location is great which is near by water bus stop. You can enjoy the canal view in your room. I really appreciate this experience.」
