Front desk staff, specifically, the females were cold and inhospitable. The rest of the service staff (cleaning/breakfast room) were all kind and gracious. But the front desk staff did little in terms of guest services or help and provided none of the VIP benefits expected and graciously given elsewhere.

The hotel is amazing and so is the location. If you can I’d pick the hotel rooms (due to the beauty and character of the main building) vs. their apartments which are in another area not attached. The bar is incredible. Truly a lovely place!

Great experience with Hotel Aquarius. 10 min walk to train station. 10 min walk to Rialto bridge - another 10 min to walk to St. Mark's Square. Located in a charming square with some good dining options and shops.
