It was a great experience staying at the hotel. The AC worked very well during the heat wave. The hotel is located in a more quiet but unique area. We would highly recommend if anyone plans to go to Venice.

We had an amazing stay here. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It had everything you could need when travelling with a family, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and clothes-drying rack. The property is located in a quieter, less crowded area, while still being relatively close to all the main tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to families and other travellers.

Hotel is very modern and clean with updated facilities situated in the perfect location away from the crowds but not too far (20-30 mins walk) from the city center. Room is bright with ample towels and supplies. Our only minor problem is the hot water not being too hot. But that’s not a showstopper at all. Communication with the hotel management ahead of check in is proactive with location and check-in instructions clearly laid out. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind, helpful, and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The family suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious, for our family of 5. Having a a washing machine was very convenient. It was nice to stay in the charming and quiet Dorsoduri district, but also a nice walk and boat ride when we wanted to get to the center.

Excellent stay with my family! We were very impressed by the great communication, courtesy and helpfulness of staff. The rooms were like new, clean, and modern. Wonderful stay!

Love our stay here very cozy it has big and nice rooms new AC , modern bathrooms with big shower head. It was the first time I saw a shower caps , liquid hand soap, facial tissue during our travel to Europe , washer helps our family a lot and tray to dry the clothes instead of hanging it. Less than 5 min walk to a grocery store.

A/C is amazing!!! The coldest room I have ever stayed in. Awesome after being outside all day in the middle of the summer. Beds, pillows were comfy. Hi-tech locks on doors. Good washing machine.
