Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The only minor issue we encountered was the air conditioning. It became extremely hot in our room, and unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be any way to turn it on since it wasn’t working. Apart from that, the room was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious!

Thank you for an excellent stay while we were in Venice! CasaW is such an amazingly beautiful, quaint hotel, centrally located to fine restaurants and the San Toma water taxi! All of this made our experience much more enjoyable. The hotel staff were superior in assisting with luggage and check-in. We were happy to have air conditioning and a bright clean room.
