Only stayed for one night is a suite overlooking the grand canal. We were upgraded to a larger suite by Carlotta on reception. All staff were amazing. Hotel is amazing. A real experience of Venice. Beautiful hotel. Would recommend and will definitely go again. Rooms are on the expensive side but if you can afford it it is worth it.

Honeymoon luxury!

What an incredible experience. Truly one of the finest hotels in the world..honeymoon trip did not disappoint. The property was beautiful, our canal view room was upgraded for us for our special occasion. Everything about the hotel and service oozed luxury.
