My family and I very much enjoyed our 2-night stay while visiting Italy. Alessandro and Marco were incredibly kind and so helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. This was a great hotel that was close to everything, but not in a crazy busy area. It is really close to the Giglio water station (5 minute walk). Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. They even got us to a Murano Glass Blowing Demonstration!

The hotel is beautiful and in a quiet area near museums/ art galleries. The room we had was in the attic which was nice but I think the toilet had some plumbing issues so there was a stench when we got in to the room. It only latest a while though. Hotel staff/reception was friendly and helpful.
