「The room was very clean. The hotel space in general seemed very clean However, the room had some weird random things- the faucet in the bathroom was loose and just kinda flopping around. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. 「The front desk staff were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them. The bar/in hotel restaurant however might have been the worst service I’ve ever had. It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, and another 40 minutes to get our food, which was wrong/not what we ordered. The server was very polite (I don’t recall her name), but the wait times and lack of attention to detail was abysmal. The hotel and stay were wonderful, but I would never eat or get a drink there if I come back」

The couch was dirty, the floor looked clean (well swept) but was actually filthy, as the floors that turn my new pink wool socks black on the bottoms. Stains on the towels and bathroom shower curtain but you get what you pay for. This was by far the cheapest hotel downtown during our stay so I suppose I would stay there again.
