I went to the Brandy and Monica concert in Detroit and this was within walking distance very close. The conversation with the owners was amazing. What a great stay we had at The Cochrane House! Our hosts were accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast arrived at our door the following morning. Coffee just as we like it and homemade biscuits. The sisters that own this home are terrific hosts. And not only do they care about their guests, they are also committed to helping others, and supporting those that live in Detroit.

Great B&B close to everything!

Great location and greater hosts. Two sisters that run a bed and breakfast as it should be. You can sense the pride of ownership as you enter. Off the main streets making it quieter in the evening but still short walking distances to downtown attractions, including all three sporting venues. The smallest of details not overlooked right down to the homemade preserves for breakfast!

An incredible place to stay! The hosts are so welcoming and they made the best breakfasts. The home is very cozy, luxurious and it's nearby everything. Would definitely recommend!

SPECTACULAR! Start to finish, such a lovely stay. Location cannot be beat. I'm happy to know that I can attend some Tiger games in the evening this coming season and have such a wonderful place to stay. INCREDIBLE hospitality, REMARKABLE renovation of a beautiful historic house, THOUGHTFUL amenities, and EASY PARKING. Always check here first if you're going to the Fox, Ford Field, the Opera, or the Ballpark. The owner-operators are delightful, and as others note, the breakfast is out of this world (and delivered right to your door). VERY SPECIAL.

The two sisters that own and run this B&B are amazing. Their house is beautiful and so easy to walk to all the sporting and music venues. Great bars and restaurants in the area. Our breakfast both mornings were delicious but OMG that Compote!!

Enjoy the epitome of hospitality at TCH

We came to Detroit for a concert and TCH was such a treat to stay at! The location is within walking distance to both the Lions, Tigers and Little Ceaser arenas. The sisters have mastered their craft of hospitality in every meaning of the word. This was our first bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at and they have set the bar VERY high. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great location to all of the stadiums. Very quick walk. Safe on site parking. They let us keep our car there the day we left while we were at the game. Beautiful newly remodeled space. The sisters are very friendly and inviting. Breakfast was fantastic!!
