「I was pleasantly surprised how clean our room was. I have very high standards and usually find a few things that could have been cleaned better, but our room was spotless..I liked the vibes of the courtyard, like I was in the Dominican. The lady who welcomed us was very nice, on the phone and in person. She even said we could stay till 12 if needed even though the checkout time was 10:30. I Make sure to ask her if he would be charged anything extra and she said no. It was just one block away...

「This property had the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. In the past 50 years we’ve stayed in many hundreds of 5 Star hotels and resorts. This property beat them all in cleanliness and comfort! 「My 10yr old twins and I stayed here one night after a cruise before heading home to MA. It was such a little diamond! We got to the hotel way before check-in, but the woman at the front desk was amazing. Gave us the the Wi-Fi password, gave us towels, and a quick tour of the property. 「This is our second year to come back to the Pelican to celebrate the wife and I’s anniversary. And again it did not disappoint, John and Daniel are such awesome waiters along with the entire staff.. Mike the bar tender was awesome.. so many great people and the resort itself is amazing with amazing dining and lazy river.
