Property was excellent. There was massive construction of a new condo and our view was of the construction site. Not in control of the property but it would have been nice to know our view would be of the construction site and a discount would have been nice to compensate for that.

The staff were friendly and professional. There was a lot of construction around the hotel, which they can't control. The hotel has very limited dining and no room service. The coffee service in the rooms is very lacking.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very nice. The construction going on across the street was very noisy especially in pool area. I would go back to this hotel once the construction ends.

The elevator was out so the one they had was a long wait time. The first room was hot the air was not working. Maintenance looked at it but he said it was fine but it was so hot at night. They did move us to another room for the last night.

AC staff is very unfriendly - there is a hugh contruction going right next door - extremly noise and forget about sleeping in. Construction started at 7am and goes to 6pm everyday. You are far better with other hotels around which have a better service and no construction. Hotel is very misleading and do not let you know in advance about the construction. DO NOT BOOK.
