"Arrived late for check in. Informed the room I reserved 6 months prior was not available. Nothing done to rectify the situation that night. Have away all the 2 queen rooms that day before we arrived even though that is what I reserved). No bottled in room (Hilton honors member). No dry/clean towels at pool. "

Upon check in staff were not super friendly or helpful. One woman was actually rude. Room was clean, but could use some “freshening up” (paint touch up, carpets cleaned, etc)."
