"I had an overall amazing stay at B Ocean Resort and would absolutely give it five stars. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing, and the amenities were truly 10/10—everything from the beach access to the pool and service exceeded expectations. That said, I do want to share one part of my experience that didn’t match the rest. I paid an additional $100 to upgrade my room from a standard king to an oceanfront balcony king, but unfortunately the room I received was not in great condition and felt below the standard of the resort. It was disappointing given how incredible everything else was. I also followed the instructions provided by management to reach out via text before posting a review. I did send a message and provided my information, but unfortunately never received a follow-up, which was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to resolve the issue directly. Aside from that, the staff, location, and overall experience were outstanding. I genuinely loved my time there and would definitely return, just hoping for a better room experience and communication next time."

"The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. We waitded hours to get a room while others got rooms before us. Then we got into the rooms and they were filthy and smelled like mold /moldew. Part of the walls were falling apart. The pull out sofa for my kids was broken and beat down. It had no linen when I called for linen the housekeeper brought be one sheet. I waited patiently for 40 mins before I went down to the desk to ask for a blanket and pillows then was told they are only allowed to give out 1 pillow mind you I have two kids. We were also put into another part of the hotel as the rest of our family. But instead of going from the 2nd floor to the 4th floor where they were staying we had to go down to main floor walk through the lobby back into an elevator up to the 4th floor where the rest of our family was staying. In all, I feel like we were ripped off. For the price we paid one of these issues would have been enough. But this was over the top worst hotel experience I think I have ever had. I must say the pool was very nice and clean. "

"Everything about this resort is wonderful. The only suggestion I made was that they should offer a free shuttle to and from the airport and it would be nice if the shuttle were more available. We were unable to get it on the days and times we needed. Also, the food and drinks are very expensive so off property eating is more affordable."
