Kitchen with microwave and coffee machine, close to all the action, beautiful swimming pool. Quiet, clean and full of charm. It is an older building so naturally some wear and tear, but I would not stay anywhere else. The boutique style hotel is authentically Florida beach style, just like you see in all the USA movies. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.

Hidden gem, close to the beach. The place was perfect for us. We spent most of the day exploring and at the beach, so we didn’t actually spend much time at hotel - really just used it at a landing pad for the end of our days and mornings. Place has everything you need. The pool was great. The staff was very friendly. We met some great folks who were staying there as well. Definitely recommend. Half the price of the W or Westin. Our only recommendation is for better pillows. They were pretty hard.

My only “negative” aspect was that the door codes never change. Our neighbors, who we saw in the hall, were regulars, and said oh, you are in room 8? Your code is ****, and that’s exactly what it was. When is ad wow, he said they stayed in that room a few months ago. Safety third.

This was kinda like a motel with 2 levels, free parking right there (they let me leave my car there all day, after I checked out, to go to the beach), nice outdoor pool, nice room (beach vibes- with nice wall art), comfy bed, nice TV, kitchenette with fridge & microwave, plus a VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION- walk to the beach not even 2 blocks away with restaurants & shopping all in walking distance. I would stay here again. FYI: housekeeping doesn’t speak English (I think Armenian), so if you need anything they use Google translate to talk to you and they call Larissa? the owner if needed. Sometimes no one is in the office although it’s open and you might have to call the # on the door.

No parking available, we had to park at the Weston for $62/a day. The room was clean and location was great. I just wished they had parking available, but there were only a few available and NOT enough for each room.

Perfect for a one-night stay prior to leaving on a cruise. Location was excellent, room was clean but dated, beds were comfy. The only real issue was there was no parking. When we arrived all the spaces designated to the hotel were taken. The office was closed (2:00 pm) and there was a phone number to call for help. When we did they were not really very helpful. We asked where else we could park and they had no suggestions, we asked how much street parking was and they didn’t know, we ended up having to park at the nearby Westin for $65. Other than that it was fine, old time Florida hotel with no elevator.

Hard to beat for the price. Good: - Clean and bright with excellent beach access 3 blocks away, a multitude of restaurants in walking distance. - Reasonably quiet room. Adequate air conditioning. - Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator and provided plates and utensils was nice. - Bed OK but hard. - Good communication, promptly providing confirmation and room lock codes. - Very nice beach towels for free use. - Bathroom was nice. Good shower and plenty of hot water. - Plenty of safe, dedicated parking. Less good: - Extremely flat, hard, uncomfortable pillows (others have mentioned this). The hard bed would have been tolerable if the pillows were better. - Cleaning staff was not friendly. Expedia said check out was 11 AM, they said 10 AM and just stared at me like I was stupid when I asked, which I probably am. - No instructions for what to do about trash---we were there for 5 days. Finally found bins on the side of the building behind a gate. - WiFi was unusable. Worked OK for the TV, but when I tried to use on my phone and PC it was too slow to be usable. I used my mobile hotspot and survived. - Slow drain in the bathroom sink (others have mentioned this). - Shabby curtains...a minor thing, but a little effort would have made big difference. - Less than ideal lighting. One switch controlled lights in most of the room (except kitchen and bathroom). One small nightstand light was adequate but disappointing. - Outlets on only one side of bed.

The ac worked well, there was a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. The pool area and landscaping are beautiful, lots of seating and a variety of chairs, an outdoor table and chairs and a bbq area. The room was cozy but had all the basics.

Location was great, rooms were clean, very quiet stay. Its more of a motel feeling but a good motel. Only drawback was that the staff were not overly friendly. We felt more like we bothered them when checking in and asking questions. Since we had limited interaction though, we would stay here again. Mainly for cost and location.
