「The pool was nice as was the tiki bar, although the pool could have been cleaned more often. One of our towels in the room had a hair on it so we had to request new ones. They really don't clean your room while you are there unless you specifically ask for something. The property is getting a little run down from what I remember last year. It seems they defer maintenance until absolutely necesssary. The look on our balcony door was barely functional and the screws holding the latch...

「Excellent emplacement, piscine chauffée. Le local laverie était HS. La chambre pour 4 avait une kitchenette ce qui a été très appréciable. Par contre il faut penser à amener le strict minimum si vous l'utilisez (éponge, liquide vaisselle, café et filtres...).」

「Rooms: floor had cracks in vinyl, shower had chaulking a piece of shower wall, i wont mention the hair in the towels. I would not stay without my husband. Shady people in parking lot.」

「Front desk staff needs more training how to treat guest. They are the face of the business. We met a lady in the afternoon that was very cut and dry. A gentleman in the adternoon during our check in that did not greet us upon arrival, didnt even look at us. My husband ask how his day was going he didnt answer! Look at the computer the entire time. Very rude. Only during our departure that we met Ms. Shavin during our checkout. She was nice. Besides that, breakfast is a little poor considering...

「I requested a view and I went up on the second floor right near the street and it was very very noisy so I don’t know what happened with Expedia not getting any the room that I requested」

「Spacious resort hotel, very nice area, just a step out to reach the beach. Note a hair and some stain on the bedding, except that others are good 」
