We went for a mother daughter getaway and LOVED the spa experience we had but the hotel room was a bit outdated with a musty smell. There were weddings/conventions going on that Saturday so 3 of the main restaurants were bought out and we could not enjoy them although they were a big part of why we booked the cloister so we could stay on property the entire weekend.

By far one of the best hotel experiences - the service is impeccable. The staff makes you feel like you are the only guest and, as such, a priority. Nick at concierge is beyond amazing!

property was beautiful. Everybody was friendly! I did not like that the cleaning service knocked on your door at 9:30 AM and there was no sign to put on the door for no service.
