「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Bait and switch! This place is nothing but an old broken down hostel pretending to be a hotel. They advertise private beach and private beach bar that doesn’t exist they are blocks away from the beach. They advertise breakfast included it’s not even a full continental at sweet bread and coffee and what used to be the communal kitchen. The gaps on the doors and the windows do not keep pests out and do not keep air-conditioning in. We booked the room for four people we were given no soap and two...

「The property is nice, the staff is super friendly, and its close to xcaret! The only thing that I would point out is that the pillows could be better, and the shower. The water flow shuts off after some time and it makes you have to turn back the knobs and turn it back on. Other than that, this hotel is okay. 」

「Clean rooms/ good food/ great beach space! The only challenges I had involved a very uncomfortable bed- the bed was so hard, I actually had sore hips from sleeping on my sides. The other challenge was that drinks weren't served until 11am. Sure, you can get a mimosa at breakfast, but when on vacation in Mexico. I start my day with an Ojo Rojo 😂 But seriously, the buffet was AMAZING - we didn't even need to visit the themed restaurants - lots of options for all meals and it was all good quality....
