「Good」

「The one hotel on my cross country trip (Los Angeles to Boston) that I saw a bug. They had biscuits and gravy at breakfast, but the gravy was cold. I only had 2 yogurts. That wasn't good, I heard other patrons complaining about it.」

「Heading out now. Everything was great. Last night welcome, room assigned, clean and comfortable, everything worked slept like a rock. Hat's off to the staff and especially housekeeping and maintenance the true under appreciated heros that keep people like myself comfortable and coming back. Thanks」

「Friendly staff, clean place. Overall good environment for the location and price will definitely be back if we are in Memphis again!」

「Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was adequate. No blanket on the bed. Had to ask for one. Pillows were the size of throw pillows. 4 on a king size bed. Asked for standard pillows and we were told they didn't have any. Thankfully we had our own pillows in the car and used those. No air vent in bathroom. Very hot. Window AC unit on wall that did not work properly. We were not comfortable all night.」

「Clean room, parking, breakfast」

After that experience I searched out another hotel! That's when I found Townhouse Inn and Suites. I've had nothing but good things to say to my family and friends about the place. The staff has been very nice. I met Sonya and Tanya and a couple of others that have been nothing but graceful helpful and always with a smile. The rooms were very...

「Everything was great at the hotel. Only issue we had was the breakfast wasn’t much (for $22) and it’s hard to get in and out of the hotel. It is continently located through so that evens it out.」

「The staff was friendly, but this hotel is disgusting. It’s very dirty. Floors look like they don’t even own a vacuum. Floors and walls were gross and our room subpar to say the least. If we had another option or could have gotten our money back we would have went somewhere else.」
