Very nice

We were pleasantly surprised with food for dinner and breakfast! I would say the only complaint that we had was the parking outside. If you pay before you go inside you will pay significantly more than if you go inside. There's no signage that says it's cheaper if you go inside and there is no refund.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating

Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste.

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at 41. We felt pampered from the minute that we entered 41. Extremely impressed with the whole experience. The entire staff at this hotel are extremely warm and friendly – genuinely so, and not just putting on a show. You are greeted by name by all the staff, and I was amazed that they all remembered details of our conversations, and would ask how we enjoyed the activities or meals that we experienced during our stay. We were offered a glass of...

Great experience from start to finish. EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Great small hotel: of similar quality but better location than the Blake's Hotel (which is also one of my favorite small hotels in London). The bar, room service, food are top notch. The rooms are dream-like English warmth, with spotless beautiful bathrooms. This hotel has traditional decoration, it is not for the modern-seeking customer. Staff is too notch: helpful, knowledgeable, available at all hours even for a small hotel. Internet was adequate for downloading movies/clips, but I...

The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. The hotel was attractive in its design and the entire staff was more than friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as beautifully designed . If time allows you, joining the afternoon tea is a must. I would also highly recommend and evening at the leopard bar. Superb ambiance, friendly staff , and the...

The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary. Room and hotel was always tidy and clean. Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing. It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station. After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.
