"My family enjoyed our stay this weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Perfectly located between Dollywood and Gatlinburg which made it easy for us to do all of our activities. We will be staying again!"

"Great property! Clean and fun! The only complaints are that the cheap mattress for the pullout sofa was not comfortable at all! The springs were coming through which made it very uncomfortable, and the cover on it was not clean. There were not any extra pillows or blanket for the sofa either. "

"The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly upon check in. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the heated pools inside and out. Our grandson especially loved the slide! When we asked to utilize the outdoor fire pit with rockers, a staff member came out to help immediately! So nice! The breakfast was more than expected which is always a great bonus! "

"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they upgraded us. Kinda of happy it wasn’t ready because we got an amazing room, very roomy, clean, with an Amazing view. The staff was super nice, specially Robert. My kids loved the Waterpark and the Escape room. Bottom line we won’t be staying at any other resort but this one in the future."
