「The location was okay and room have amenities like refrigerator and microwave but not plugged in to the switches.」

「The room was smelly and barely cleaned, our kids feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. There was a giant ball of weave inbetween the sheet and comforter and inside the sheets were sandy. The room smelled awful and stale, and the AC didn't help the smell. The outdoor pool and splash pad weren't in service, the pool was emptied. The "indoor" pool was mediocre and the water was cloudy. Indoor isn't the word to use for it, it's outdoors but enclosed with some corrugated looking plastic...

We stayed in the Hilltop Building, and it is definitely showing signs of age. Our door was loose, but it did lock, so that was a plus. However, the room doors on our floor (3) all need a fresh coat of paint. We had a corner room with a bigger balcony, but there were exposed wires in the ceiling. That needs to be fixed. 「Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold).
