「Checked into our hotel room and room was being cleaned as we entered the room. No big issue. I read HORRIBLE reviews online that were not on Expedia while waiting to be checked in because staff was late. I asked check in staff if there were positive the room was clean they said yes. We come back to the room after it was officially finished cleaning and there were DEAD BUGS AND OTHER PERSONS HAIR imbedded in our “clean towels” provided on our sink which I have pictures of.
