「My room was on the fourth floor and to my surprise, there are no elevators. Carrying luggage in the heat of New Orleans is not pleasant to say the least while having a bum knee. The AC set to 69 and room temp did not go below 77. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan. Parking is difficult because there are only about 8 spots and it is cramped. Although the staff was very helpful, the accommodations without an elevator is not for me.」

「Definitely book this hotel — it is worth it, especially if you can get it in the $100-$190 range per night. It’s a beautiful hotel, the bed is super soft, amenities are updated and nice. The rooftop was great and the bars were great, the food was solid too. Good location. One of the staff members came off a bit rude, but it was most likely due to how busy they were at the time.
