"The first room lock did not work nor the TV and half of the lamps. The toilet leaked. There was no top sheet on the beds. We figured out the blanket was the top sheet and the flat sheet was the spread on the bed. The second bed had no top sheet nor a spread. We changed rooms the next day and the water leaked over the tub all night. The flat sheet was the comforter and the comforter was the flat sheet. Never saw that before in a hotel. The firs night I was in room 549 and the second night was room 540. "

"Our room was near the side entrance very noisy. It was a nice room, breakfast was good! "

"This place was terrible. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain,shower had not pressure and couldn’t take a shower,toilet wouldn’t flush. It had the smallest table I’ve ever seen in a room and the mini fridge was sitting on the floor. It was hard to access. Staff was told about the condition and never came to room to check. After talking to other people. I think several rooms were that way. "

"Property was very accommodating with our needs for our plans for the week. Shuttle service was nice but the driver for our first leg made it obvious he wanted a tip but the second driver upon our return was grateful for a tip. "

"Carpet was dirty in our room and damp....turned our feet black. Toilet seat in desperate need of repair. Found spider in my bedding when it was pulled down. The remodel of the bathroom lacked. "
